15 years as an attorney and notary specialist; as office manager responsible for trainees. Four years in the field of press and public relations, including editorial work.

Subsequently employed at a large consumer goods company as a reception secretary and among others, in the field of event organization and office management.

Karin Schler (formerly: Karin Zulauf) is working at Alto Consultants since 2007. At the beginning she took over the tasks of a project assistant and assistant to the managing director.

In 2014 she was assigned the management of the Darmstadt office and since 2016 she has the additional responsibility for human resources management.

In May 2017, Karin Schler was appointed authorized signatory (single power of attorney) of Alto Consultants GmbH in Darmstadt.
