Evelyn holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Psychology, specializing in Personnel and Organizational Psychology. She began her career in Human Resources, gaining experience in learning management, as well as consulting on and implementing talent management solutions.

She subsequently spent several years in Learning and Development, supporting employees and leaders in their professional growth, designing development initiatives, and focusing on competencies, individual potential, and professional development opportunities.

Combining her background in psychology, consulting experience, and a strong interest in connecting people with the right organizations, Evelyn joined AltoPartners in Wiesbaden.

Outside of work, Evelyn has a keen interest in psychology and literature. She enjoys playing chess and practicing Pilates.
