Saskia completed her studies at Wiesbaden Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management. Part of her studies was a memorable semester in Santiago de Chile. Following graduation, she commenced her career at a global provider of recruitment and workforce solutions, specializing in recruiting and account management. There, Saskia had the opportunity to gain experience and discover her passion for the sector. The desire to develop further and learn about international executive search led her to AltoPartners in Wiesbaden.

Outside of the professional environment, Saskia gives free rein to her creativity, whether through DIY projects, sewing, cooking or in the garden. She finds mental and physical balance in the martial arts Krav Maga and Muay Thai.
