Leonie decided to continue her academic career at Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz immediately after successfully completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Koblenz-Landau. In November 2022, she obtained her Master of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Business.

Early on in her studies, Leonie discovered her interest in organizational psychology. Through the experience she gained during various internships, her interest in this field was strengthened. She was particularly fascinated by her last internship in the area of recruiting and personnel consulting. As a result, she actively sought to enter the field of executive search and has been supporting the Wiesbaden team since July 2023.

In her free time, Leonie enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves being in nature, exploring new places, and attending concerts.
