After many years in management positions in the engineering and automotive industries, he joined Ward Howell, Munich, as a senior consultant. Subsequently, he was a Managing Partner at Lachner & Partner, Munich, and accentum human capital GmbH, Munich, as well as at Amrop Delta. Since 2023, Arno Roess has been working as a Senior Advisor for Alto Consultants GmbH in Darmstadt.

He has in-depth knowledge of the engineering, automotive and industrial markets from more than 30 years of professional and consulting experience. His diverse areas of expertise include the global search and selection of executives and specialists, the design and implementation of management audits and assessment centre processes, external benchmarking processes, individual coaching in senior management, the moderation and success assurance of leadership problems and operational conflicts as well as the establishment of systematic management development and the development and implementation of organisational structures.
